In this 3 hour workshop we will explore many types of meditation in a pragmatic and non-dogmatic way. From asana to zen meditation, from breathing to tai chi and chi kung, you will be presented with many techniques so you can decide what works the best for you. We will also define the inner workings of meditation and how to apply that to your everyday life.
Please bring paper and pen (or a journal), refreshments and snacks will be provided.
