An eleven week Hatha Yoga course where we work on going deeper, in terms of: ability to focus, ability to direct your energy, to relax at will, to detach at will. This is a more advanced course in all aspects. It is closed to the general public so that we don’t have to repeat the basics and can grow as a group. We will learn more advanced Asanas such as the headstand, crow and wheel. We will learn and understand new mantras, deepen our Pranayama techniques, take yoga Nidra to the next (and sometimes uncomfortable) level, and include special classes with blindfolds and color visualization.
