When coming to our Queer & Friends Yoga Classes:

Drop-in queer yoga classes:

• It is required to book a spot on Picktime – selecting either online or in person (the price is the same).
• The payment option will come up for PayPal. But you can SKIP this option if you will pay in cash or by bank transfer before the class begins. Please write me an email to let me know how you will pay.
• PayPal payments will have 2€ added for processing fees.
• By reserving a spot, you have agreed to make a payment.
• Picktime will send you an email with a link if you need to change or cancel your reservation.
• A cancellation less than 24 hours before the class or a no-show is an agreement for full payment of the class (or a spot used on the card). If you have not yet made a payment before the class, it will be billed to you.
• If the class you’ve signed up for gets cancelled by the teacher (due to illness or low enrollment), then you will be reimbursed the full amount, or have the option to use the payment for another time.
• There will be no substitute teachers for the Sunday yoga classes.

Course block registrations:

• Payment is due in cash or by bank transfer before the block begins.
• Cancellations of registration can be made up to ONE (1) calendar week before the block begins with full reimbursement.
• Your spot in-person is reserved until the start time of the class. At which point, the buzzer will be turned off and any waiting participants will be let in.
• Online participants will be let in 2 minutes before the the start time of the class.
• No participants will be let in once the class begins.
• Classes will be recorded on Zoom (with no participants seen, only the teacher) and will be available online for 2 weeks.
• A minimum of 5 participants is required for the blocks to go ahead, otherwise no classes will be offered.
• If a single class in a course block is cancelled due to teacher’s illness or some other unforeseen circumstance, the class will be recuperated on another day.
